When I drive around an area, I see lots of "For Sale" & "Sold" signs. Some of the signs in East York, Riverdale, The Beach & and Central Toronto are for sale for a week, and others take a year to sell. Many don't sell at all. I was looking ... click for more

It is different with everyone. It doesn't matter if you live in the Beach, East York, Riverdale, or Central Toronto. Some Sellers have been through it before and have already prepped their house. Some don't need to prep. It may already be in tip top shape. Others don't need to do ... click for more
