6. Email the Top 100 Agents in the area photographs of the interior and exterior of your home.

7. Provide you with valuable advice on how to make your property more saleable and attractive to prospective buyers.

8. Assist you in establishing a market value for your home by providing you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

9. Expose your home through the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

10. Represent you in the presentation of all offers an negotiate the highest possible price for your home.

11. Follow-up on a bi-weekly basis with all of the agents and members of the public who have been through your house, and notify you of the feedback.

12. Speak with you regularly. I will not list your home and disappear.

13. Keep you informed regarding changing market trends and update you on relevant sales and new competition.
