In 1988 I entered the world of Real Estate, where in the first 10 years I was achieving the highest sales awards in the RE/MAX organization. Only 1% of all agents in Canada even qualify for this award. I chalk it up to working harder than anyone else I know. I put The Chris Clarke Team into motion in 1998 and truly believe that with 3 buyer agents and a full-time administrator I am able to spend all of my time with homeowners, giving them 100% personal and professional attention. I have been a successful real estate sales person for 10+ years and specialize in the Central and East Toronto areas. I’m naturally a people person and with my extensive business credentials I am able to nourish and satisfy all of my buyer and seller relationships. Not only do I live in the Danforth area but my family owns a gourmet chocolate shop at Danforth and Broadview; Simryn—which is also my 16 yr old daughter’s name. You will often find me socializing at my parent’s restaurant at Danforth and Chester, Sher-E-Punjab—drop in sometime for fine Indian cuisine.
