In 1988 I entered the world of Real Estate, where in the first 10 years I was achieving the highest sales awards in the RE/MAX organization. Only 1% of all agents in Canada even qualify for this award. I chalk it up to working harder than anyone else I know. I put The Chris Clarke Team into motion in 1998 and truly believe that with 3 buyer agents and a full-time administrator I am able to spend all of my time with homeowners, giving them 100% personal and professional attention. I have been a successful real estate sales person for 10+ years and specialize in the Central and East Toronto areas. I’m naturally a people person and with my extensive business credentials I am able to nourish and satisfy all of my buyer and seller relationships. Not only do I live in the Danforth area but my family owns a gourmet chocolate shop at Danforth and Broadview; Simryn—which is also my 16 yr old daughter’s name. You will often find me socializing at my parent’s restaurant at Danforth and Chester, Sher-E-Punjab—drop in sometime for fine Indian cuisine. KEVIN TUTTLE
Sales Representative

Kevin Tuttle was born in North York and graduated from the University of Toronto. As the son of a builder and having studied architecture for some time, he brings a deeply held passion about housing and homes to his real estate work. He is well read and keenly interested in urban affairs and urban geography and feels he understands very well what makes a neighbourhood what it is, and can help buyers meet their own needs as a result.

Before joining the Chris Clarke Team, Kevin was a successful headhunter in Tokyo where he honed his negotiation skills. He knows that developing a win-win result makes for the best possible outcome. He understands that buying a home can start off as an objective exercise, but in the end is an emotional decision very important to the long term happiness of his clients. His overseas experience also helps him understand the special needs of new Canadians alongside his fellow born-and-bred Canucks.

Kevin specialises in Old Toronto homes from the Humber River to Victoria Park, but is especially focussed on East and Central Toronto. He looks forward every day to meeting new buyers and walking with them on the path to their future home.
