Kevin Tuttle was born in North York and graduated from the University of Toronto. He is the son of a builder and studied architecture for some time. He brings a deeply held passion about housing and homes to his real estate work. He is well read and keenly interested in urban affairs and urban geography. Kevin feels he understands very well what makes a neighbourhood what it is. Therefore he can better help buyers meet their own needs as a result.

Before joining the Chris Clarke Team, Kevin was a successful headhunter in Tokyo. There he honed his extensive negotiation skills. He knows that developing a win-win result makes for the best possible outcome. He understands that buying a home can start off as an objective exercise, but in the end is an emotional decision very important to the long term happiness of his clients. His overseas experience also helps him understand the special needs of new Canadians alongside his fellow born-and-bred Canucks.

Kevin specialises in Old Toronto homes from the Humber River to Victoria Park, but is especially focussed on East and Central Toronto. He looks forward every day to meeting new buyers and walking with them on the path to their future home.

Blair was born in East York and has lived most of his life close to downtown Toronto. He is the son of an architect and has always had a strong interest in buildings and urban planning. Blair understands how diverse neighbourhoods can be and he uses his street-by-street, block-by-block insight to find buyers the perfect place to call home.

Before joining The Chris Clarke Team, Blair was in hospitality management for the private suites at the Rogers Centre (Skydome). David Morwald was born in Hamilton Ontario, where he spent over ten years in the residential construction industry. The knowledge he gained has served him well in Real estate, as he guides his clients through the complicated process of purchasing their ideal property or preparing their home to list. Stephani Turner is an accredited Interior Designer with over 7 years experience in the design industry. After completing her education at the University of Western Ontario and graduating from the Interior Design program at the International Academy of Design and Technology, Stephani went on to work as an assistant designer at a prestigious design firm in Toronto.

In 1998 Stephani established her own design firm, Stephani Turner Interiors, where she now works independently on a vast array of residential and commercial projects throughout the city. She is known for her design style and sensibility which is reflected in the interiors she's designed which can be described as classic and timeless - creating & combining functionality and practicality in interiors that are beautiful and fresh and will stand the test of time.

In addition to being known for her interior design work, she also specializes in home staging exclusively for The Chris Clarke team. The knowledge and skills she brings from her design work into her staging is her ability in knowing exactly what potential buyers are looking for in a new home. In her home staging work, she works with clients to transform their homes into spaces that appeal to potential buyers - playing up the architecture of the space with soft & neutral paint colours, de-cluttering and adding/removing furniture are just a few of the techniques she uses to get clients homes looking their absolute best and ready to sell.
